Description

Kennebec Behavioral Health, one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for 2021, 2022 and 2023, is currently seeking qualified candidates for CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Program Administrative Assistant. The position will provide direct administrative support to the CCBHC Program Manager as assigned, including coordinating CCBHC committee meetings, preparing agendas, recording and distributing minutes, tracking project tasks and helping to assure deadlines are me. Also, assisting in coordination and implementation of the CCBHC training plan. The CCBHC Program Administrative Assistant will provide ongoing communication among key staff involved with KBH’s CCBHC committees and work groups and help to assure that work plans and activities are aligned in support of the CCBHC project goals. The position will start as part-time with 20 hours (flexible), eventually becoming a full-time position.

Requirements: Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or a related field (experience may be substituted for education) AND 3 years of experience.
