Extended School Year Physical Therapist

RSU5 is seeking caring, enthusiastic and energetic Physical Therapist for our Summer 2025 Extended School Year (ESY) Program. The ESY program serves eligible students with academic, cognitive, social-emotional and/or adaptive needs, who require an extended program to support maintenance of skills and prevent regression.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing PT services that address the goals and objectives outlined by the student’s IEP team. Data collection is required and an ESY progress update must be completed for each student.
ESY will run July 7-July 31, 2025
Monday through Thursday
8:00 – 11:00
ESY Programs will be located at FMS
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Certification and Licensure from ME Dept. of Education.
Positions remain open until suitable candidates are found.
