Assistance Plus is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Maintenance Technician II (MT) to assist with performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility property according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support and achieve the business goals and objectives of Assistance Plus. The MT will perform routine work under limited supervision by complying with OSHA safety and health rules. This position will work at our Benton, Waterville, and Winslow offices and our Wilton office on occasion.
This is a full-time position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working flexible hours five days per week, Monday-Friday, between 6am and 4pm, as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience in maintenance

Strong mechanical skills

Ability to lift up 100 pounds

Ability to crouch, bend, twist and stand for extended periods of time

Knowledge and experience with hand tools
-
Knowledge of OSHA regulations are required

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Valid state of Maine driver’s license

Proof of $50k/$100k auto insurance

Travel to all satellite locations
