Administrative Assistant to the Fire Chief

Supports Fire Chief in administrative and support activities for Bath Fire and Rescue. Essential duties include payroll, personnel records, correspondence, union related matters, as well as day-to-day assistance to Fire administration and the department.
Qualifications: undergrad degree and 3 years experience in office administration or related field; public service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high integrity and confidentiality, working knowledge of office procedure, payroll, HR, and Microsoft Office .
