As Direct Support Staff within our Substance Use Disorder Program with ESM, Inc. you will be working closely with individuals who are in active recovery for substance use who may also have co-occurring disorders. This includes individuals who need assistance in many or all aspects of their life. This includes individuals who will be supported 24/7 while in active recovery, as well as assisting with community skills, bringing to appointments, home maintenance, organizational skills, banking, shopping, recreational exploration, behavioral health management, and motivation, among other things. Substance Use training is not required, it will be provided to you by ESM, Inc.
