Cloud Application Developer – Remote

Our client, a leader in global health innovations, is seeking a Cloud Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications using Java, TypeScript, and AWS. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who has experience developing in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and document programs based on technical requirements.
• Develop scalable cloud applications using Java, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
• Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to define application requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing systems.
• Identify business needs and recommend technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in Java and TypeScript development.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud fundamentals.
• Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud (App Engine).
• Experience with DocumentDB.
• Strong understanding of system architecture design.
