Franklin Printing is a family-owned and run commercial printing business. We are currently hiring a full-time Office Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn about the printing industry and join a growing company. 

The Office Manager will have experience handling a wide range of administrative office duties. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and likes to jump in and learn new things.  

Job Duties: 

  • Answer phones and greet customers  
  • Track proofing processes 
  • Assist with data entry of invoices  
  • Collect credit card payments 
  • Assist the general manager with projects and customer service 


  • Associate’s degree and/or 2-3 years of experience preferred 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
