RN Staff Developmental Coordinator ** $5,000 Sign on Award ** Klearview Manor, a 16-bed ICF/IID facility, is seeking a RN Staff Developmental Coordinator. Duties include but are not limited to planning, organizing, developing and directing the day to day functions of the Nursing Dept. as well as educating and orientating new staff, and setting up training in-serves as needed. Assumes the duties of the DNS in their absence as directed.
