Kennebec Behavioral Health, one of Maine’s Best Places to work in 2021, 2022 and 2023, has 2 openings for a full-time Central Registration Specialist to work in our Augusta Clinic and another in our Waterville Clinic. If you have experience working with the public and excellent customer service skills, we’re looking for you! The Central Registration Specialist position provides support to clients & visitors by answering incoming telephone calls, greeting clients & visitors as they enter the building and directing them as needed. This position also coordinates with the physician and clinician scheduling process; as well as assisting with the billing process. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a medical setting.
