The Program Manager coordinates and provides administrative support for SUD treatment services provided at Greater Portland Health. The incumbent will supervise a team of Case Managers, SUD Community Health Workers, and Peer Support staff; coordinate and manage patient tracking, monitoring, compliance, and reporting for participation in programs, grants, and contracts related to SUD treatment services; as will also provide direct patient services such as screening, assessment, and referrals for treatment. This position is full-time and is not eligible for a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science or related field.
- Experience working with people in recovery, patients with substance use disorder, and/or harm reduction programs.
- Computer skills, including command of Excel and Word is required.
- Must be familiar with a practice management system.
- Experience working in a community-based setting is preferred.
