Our Waterville office has a full-time, exempt position available for a Clinical Manager of Hospice Services.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Responsible to supervise and guide clinical staff in the provision of hospice services in the home and community. Responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated, delivered and managed appropriately.
EDUCATION: Graduate of an NLN accredited professional school of nursing, BSN degree in nursing, or active matriculation in a BSN program preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience in acute care nursing (Palliative and/or Hospice). One or more years of leadership experience in a Hospice program preferred. Recent experience in a Home Health setting strongly preferred.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Current RN licensure in the State of Maine and National Hospice Certification within two years of hire. Current CPR certification is required.
TERRITORY: Covering Augusta to Skowhegan.
