Substitute school nurse needed to serve various schools in the Portland Public School District. Must be a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment for injury and illness, medication administration, assistance managing and monitoring chronic illnesses such as diabetes and asthma, and various nursing services depending on the school. Must have a desire to work with children and/or adolescents and an understanding of nursing care for children and adolescents.
