We have an exciting, mission-based opportunity in a college town community. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Previous experience in Recovery/SUD work preferred.

  • Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis.
  • Able and willing to facilitate SUD groups.
  • Familiarity working in a primary care model, where one must be flexible and open to interruptions and even warm hand-offs/quick consults.
  • Experience in using trauma-informed care models.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm

All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!

Helen Hunt Health Center is housed in a beautifully renovated, spacious 3-story 1903 brick school house rich with local history. A well-loved landmark that has been lovingly restored, the Helen Hunt building serves as a focal point for community health services just as it did for education over 100 years ago when it was a school serving local 4th and 5th grade students!
