Westbrook non-profit is seeking a temporary Program Coordinatorl to join their busy team for a 3+ month assignment, working 32-40 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare office experience looking to contribute to impactful projects while keeping their skills sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export reports to support team objectives
- Convert Word documents to PDF for streamlined processes
- Review reports to identify patterns or gaps in service
- Manage office supply orders
- Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare office environment or knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work onsite in Westbrook for training, with hybrid flexibility after onboarding
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 32-40 hours per week
- $22-23/hour
