Job Title: Lead Analyst - SAP Support

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $111,544.80 - $139,431
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities
Responsible for prioritizing of Non-SAP and SAP applications including developing solutions, configuration changes, reporting capabilities to meet ongoing end user requirements for these applications. Serve as the primary contact for Meter related business areas, end users and vendors who support our overall application library.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1.Analyze current business processes and scenarios; creates solutions thru design, configuration, or custom development that meet client needs. Prepare specifications and test business solutions according to functional and technical requirements.
2.Act as a team leader for Meter Applications Team. This includes being the lead in prioritization and planning of Meter Applications.
3.Provides timely and accurate solutions to business areas including unresolved user requests from the service desk.
4.Prepare specifications and documentation for changes provided by IT Support staff.
5.Develops, maintains and updates documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials and training materials.
6.Provides on-going end user training and end user support as required.
7.Develop innovative ideas to use functionality not currently being utilized.
8.Responsible for Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
9.Complete changes request review and obtain approvals.
10.Working with vendors to implement application changes or help discover solutions.
11.Work at times directly with the support teams in developing application changes to fit customer needs. This includes but is not limited to develop and implement solutions for MDM, MV90, MV-Web, Allegro, Tesco, PowerSpring (Metretek), ADM, FWM, FD tools, FCS, SAP and support upgrades for various applications.
12.Coordinates the definition, review, testing and approval of security access for a specific user group.
13.After hour on-call rotation required and STORM duties.
Skills and Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience with Meter Apps, including SAP Support experience.
- Cross module SAP integration knowledge (e.g., FI/CO, MM) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL), write and debug database scripts.
- Strong Analytical, complex problem, solving and successful negotiation skills in a fast-paced workplace environment.
- Experience with Information/Operations Technology design and implementation.
- Able to work with others to design effective processes and system solutions. The ability to work with remote clients, functional teams and equipment is required.
- Strong focus on solution quality - Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines and have ability to work independently.
- Capable of business process to technology translation with strong understanding of deskside tools.
- Good presentation, communication, listening, and correspondence skills
- Have strong desire to excel and learn new systems independently.
- Experience working with business process including metering, billing and collections.
- developing complex reports, data management and performance tuning.
- Project Management-lead experience.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Desired knowledge and experience with Meter Apps like MDM, MV90 , MV-Web, Allegro , Tesco, PowerSpring and FCS.
