The starting rate for this position is $31.83 an hour.

Summary
The Clinical Nurse Educator is the teacher, clinical resource, practitioner, consultant, and change agent for the clinical areas. Working with the employees and management of the clinical areas, the Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of employee educational needs. The Clinical Nurse Educator will also work with other departments such as EVS, Sterile Processing, Imaging, and Rehab to ensure education is completed for the DNV Joint Certification requirements. The position will divide time spent in the clinical areas and time spent in the classroom.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's in nursing required, must currently be working on MSN.
Valid RN license in assigned State Required
National Certification in Staff Development or other clinical specialty preferred.
1 year experience as a Clinical Educator or Adult learning preferred.
Critical Care experience required.
Exemplary verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Exemplary interpersonal skills.
Ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
Ability to work cooperatively with all personalities inside and outside the organization.
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to work independently, identify priorities, and take initiative.
