Our client, a global IT Services provider, is seeking an Associate Manager of Software Engineering to join their growing organization. This Direct Hire position will:
  • Responsible for administration duties for team of 4-8
  • Lead client facing operations of multiple application groups in support of a manufacturing environment
  • Provide prompt and continued delivery of small/medium enhancements, break/fix support, maintenance, and preventive measures for approximately 30 applications
  • Development, management, and resource forecasting, time tracking, prioritization, task completion, and escalations for Operations, Project Management and Run & Maintain tasks
  • Develop, manage, and improve the application group budgets for each assigned portfolio annually
  • Perform 24/7 support, including a rotational support for escalation path
  • Must be extremely comfortable communicating with stakeholders, users, senior management, and peers respectfully and professionally, to improve process development, troubleshoot issues, status situations, and gather requirements
