Summary: The Accounting Associate will ensure that all invoices are received and recorded in a timely manner. Vendor relationships are a priority. Other duties will include preparing daily deposits and assisting accounting team as needed.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications Required:
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required.
Experience Required:
3+ years in an Accounting setting. Payroll Certification Preferred.
Special Requirements:
Basic Accounting, Bookkeeping, Office Procedures Billing/Collections, Insurance Claims, Correspondence, Microsoft Excel, Experience with Paylocity (Payroll software) a plus.
Cognitive Requirements:
Ability to research and resolve issues independently. Ability to work well with co-workers; exceptional communication skills. Public speaking required for training sessions. High level of confidentiality and non-biased decision making.
Physical Demands:
Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Requires sitting for longer periods of time.
