The Office of Maine Refugee Services (OMRS) at Catholic Charities Maine is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is the person responsible for assisting the Catholic Charities Maine Office of Maine Refugee Services (OMRS) Program Director in the performance of their duties.
Qualifications Include:
- Shall have a minimum of two (2) years in a school of higher education.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in math or IT preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal training.
- Shall have at least two (2) years’ experience in a responsible position sufficient to indicate the ability to carry out the responsibilities of this position, as well as the expertise that will supplement that of the Director.
