Catholic Charities Maine Behavioral Health Network in Portland has an opening for a Full-Time Clinical Team Lead.

The Behavioral Health Network (BHN) Clinical Team Lead is the professional person responsible for providing group and individual clinical supervision/training, documentation, and record review for BHN staff and/or interns. This person is responsible for overseeing the quality of direct service care delivered in the program. The work occurs at the BHN South location with some travel required to support in community client care, trainings, and meetings. This professional is responsible, in conjunction with the Clinical Lead and Core Leadership Teams, for ensuring that services provided are high quality, clinically responsive and offer best practice.

Qualifications:

  • Eligible candidates shall have a minimum of a master’s degree.
  • Must have LCSW or LCPC. Candidates with an LMSW-C will also be considered.
  • In addition, strong preference will take place for candidates who are licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or have accumulated 270 hours of approved alcohol and drug education.
  • A CCS or willingness to obtain a CCS within the first 6-months of hire strongly preferred.
  • Shall have a minimum of 2 years counseling experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
