Salary Range: $58240.00 - $62400.00 Salary

Description

The Case Management Team Leader (CM TL) is the primary individual responsible for supervising and overseeing the Adult and Children’s Case Managers, along with the Peer Supports working out of the Wilton satellite office. The CM TL will ensure their employees remain compliant with MaineCare, Regulatory, and Licensing paperwork requirements. The CM TL is the primary individual to ensure the growth of the Wilton office case management program, along with the responsibility to supervise, coordinate and provide training to the Case Managers and Peer Supports.

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position located in our Wilton Office.

Qualifications


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years relevant life/work experience working with children and adults int he behavioral health field.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Maine driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance at $50K/$100K
  • MHRT/C or MHRT/Cp
  • Intermediate level computer experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning, with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; OR who has a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year educational institution in an unrelated field and at least one (1) year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; OR a who has Master’s Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school
