About the CFO Role
As
Chief Financial Officer
, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving the financial strategy and performance of a thriving enterprise with both domestic and international operations. You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing finance and operations team while shaping financial strategy, enhancing processes, and ensuring compliance with all financial, regulatory, and operational standards.
This is more than a financial oversight role — it's an opportunity to play a central part in driving business growth, supporting technology transformation, and contributing to strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all areas of corporate finance including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, risk management, and compliance.
Oversee company financial performance, deliver insights and reporting, and guide long-term fiscal strategy.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis, projections, and performance data.
Direct the transition of financial systems, with a focus on modernizing platforms and improving data integrity, including the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Ensure the organization remains compliant with GAAP and other applicable international and domestic financial regulations.
Identify cost efficiencies, operational improvements, and opportunities to optimize financial health.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners and key stakeholders.
Lead financial modeling and scenario planning in support of company initiatives and future growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in progressive financial leadership roles, preferably within a distributor or large-scale operational environment (over $200M in revenue).
Proven experience managing accounting teams, financial reporting, forecasting, and operations.
Deep knowledge of GAAP, compliance, internal controls, and international business finance.
Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
or similar enterprise financial systems.
Strong change leadership, communication, and executive collaboration skills.
