The Hospice House Coordinator provides essential non-clinical coordination and administrative support to the Hospice House inpatient unit. In this role, you will: Keep daily office operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Support and assist the Hospice team by managing paperwork, scheduling, and documentation. Assists with compiling data and reports Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for calls and inquiries. Coordinate communication between team members, leadership, and outside partners Maintain office systems, supplies, and basic reporting to support patient care. Provide guidance to staff and help ensure consistent processes across locations. Contribute to planning meetings, events, and activities that support team and patient needs. Provide phone and front desk coverage What You Will Bring High School Diploma or GED; College experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare. Experience with EMR systems, admissions/discharges, and healthcare documentation strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the confidence to take initiative. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
