Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

License/Certifications: CCP preferred.

Experience: Five (5)+ years of experience developing and implementing compensation programs and policies

Three years of leadership experience required.

Knowledge and experience related to federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting compensation, including FLSA and Equal Pay Act, DOL, and Wage & Hour.

Ability to understand the unique needs of each organization and to develop a targeted strategy to meet those needs.
