As an HR Generalist, you’ll provide day-to-day support across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and performance management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and consistently, while contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to the Supervisor/Manager level
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new U.S. hires
  • Track and assign learning opportunities and maintain training compliance
  • Serve as the point person for our PPAI certification program
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support employee performance management and document coaching conversations
  • Assist with employee relations by gathering information and escalating when needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans
  • Provide administrative support for benefits, open enrollment, and special projects
  • Partner with the Senior People Business Partner on foundational and strategic HR work

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • A team-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Note: This position requires attaining Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) certification within the established timeline.
