We are currently recruiting for Patient Services Reps for one of our favorite clients in South Portland. Our client, a specialty medical practice, is looking for a temporary (2+ month) Patient Service Rep who will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and general office support tasks.

This role entails utilizing excellent customer service and technical skills to update patient details in the computer system, verify insurance information, create/maintain/update file charts, and schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, will be friendly, empathetic and kind, will have basic to intermediate computer skills (including the ability to learn new programs) and solid attention to detail.

Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. South Portland. $20-22/hr.
