• Ability to develop and implement individual education plans necessary
• Ability to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans required
• Knowledge of Discrete Trial Instruction preferred
• Experience working with nonverbal students preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team necessary
• Willingness to be an IEP Coordinator preferred
