ProSearch is partnering with a global, industry-leading organization to find a skilled Audio-Visual Analyst for a contract role based in Westbrook, ME. In this hands-on position, you’ll play a key role in supporting hybrid meetings, large-scale AV events, and executive-level communications. - Experience supporting audio visual for hybrid meetings and events
- Comfortable managing AV for large-scale audiences
- Strong AV system knowledge, troubleshooting, and customer support
What You Can Expect:
• Provide VIP support for executive management team, maintain confidentiality.
• Assist end users with conference room and video conference technology.
• Be part of a team that designs/supports complex conferencing needs involving multiple technologies and outside vendors across a wide international community.
• Perform routine/proactive testing and maintenance of conference room equipment worldwide.
• Maintain/support a Cisco Videoconferencing infrastructure.
• Deploy videoconferencing systems globally.
• Proficient with Cisco, Crestron, Biamp, Extron and more.
• Programming, configuration and Support of Crestron conference room scheduling panels.
• Live Event Production – Sound reinforcement (in-room and broadcast), camera operation, video switching, videoconferencing and more.
• Be part of a team that produces and manages global webcasts.
• Contribute to a team that is responsible for technical design and deployment of global digital signage.
Nice to have skillsets:
• Knowledge or familiarity with Cisco Room OS videoconference systems and MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms)
• Knowledge of or familiarity with video switchers, audio systems, mixing consoles and microphones.
• Knowledge or familiarity with Webex, Microsoft Teams, & Brandlive.
• Working knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment (ex. Cisco, Yealink, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure).
• Experience in audio / video setup and maintenance.
• Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications and written documentation.
• Basic Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP networking.
• Familiarity with Appspace Digital Signage.
