Cary has an immediate opportunity for a Chief Marketing and Community Relations Officer to support the hospital in fulfilling its Vision and Mission statement.
As a senior executive team member, the position works closely with the CEO, medical staff, organizational leaders, and the hospital’s Board of Directors to execute the organization's strategic plan and organizational initiatives. The CMO will oversee all marketing, branding, public relations, and communications strategies. The successful applicant will develop and implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness, foster community trust, and support organizational growth.
The Successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar leadership role preferred. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and PR strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and branding. Experience managing teams and budgets effectively. The CMO/PR will promote teamwork and perform duties and responsibilities consistent with the hospital's mission and values.
