REFERRAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Immediate opening – full time, 40 hours/week position to support the Atypical Services Program. The position is responsible for implementing referrals for in-home services that include home modifications, Personal Emergency Response Systems, Assistive Technology Services, respite, and other atypical services for clients of the Atypical Services Program. Responsibilities include collaboration with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate services are provided to client in a timely manner and as specified by program rules. Provides coordination of activities and administrative support related to implementing contracts and ensuring that contracts adhere to organizational standards and fund disbursements per Maine Care authorizations and service plans. Maintains documentation to support billed services.
Qualifications include: Associate’s degree in Administration, or high school diploma in a business course with a minimum three years experience in computerized systems or a combination of five years education and experience.
