General Purpose:

The SR HRIS Analyst will be: Responsible for the effective administration and utilization of the WEX HRIS platforms on a global level and future system enhancements needed to support the business as it grows. Partner with HR colleagues to build, automate and maintain standard HR reporting, analytics and dashboards. Help develop and implement global HRIS strategy and manage key deliverables and timelines.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the design, administration and effective implementation of WEX HR Information Systems; maximizes value of the HRIS to the organization by leveraging each module to drive employee and manager self-sufficiency and a high level of end user utilization at the HR and core administrative levels.


• Manages issues that arise within the HRIS or with the vendor quickly and effectively to minimize impact to organization.

• Continually monitors HR information needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing requirements.

• Manages the implementation of new modules, releases and/or functionality including regression testing and rollout.

• Provides accurate and timely HRIS interfaces and reporting including imports and exports to Third party vendors; provides support with prompt issue resolution for the interfaces. 

• Maintains and enhances HRIS platform to align with corporate global HR strategy and provide best possible portal experience to employees and managers. 

• Supports with development of training for new releases and/or changes to the system as a result of a patch.

• Serves as Systems & Security administrator for HRIS; partners with Internal Audit Team to document, evaluate and improve processes & controls associated with all HR Systems.

• Designs and delivers effective training to the business and HR end users of the systems to ensure maximum consistent utilization of the system.

• Manages the release of the new version of software to be rolled out to the organization on a global level.

• Works with Third party vendors to enhance or incorporate changes to system support new processes or changes within organization.



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Minimum Required Qualifications for Consideration:


• 5+ years experience administering HRIS platforms and reporting packages at the corporate level

• Demonstrated initiative/self-motivation skills

• Demonstrated attention to quality/detail and strategic orientation to work

• Experience actively using Microsoft Office Suite products with high emphasis on Excel and Word to produce reporting and manage HRIS data

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and effectively meet frequently changing business-driven timelines

• Effective self and time management skills

• Demonstrated partnering, collaboration and negotiation skills

• Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of programming skills or technical principles and in depth, experienced based cross functional knowledge

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, facilitating group information needs and translating those needs into specifications that outline data system requirements

• Experience with mergers & acquisitions
