Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 named one of the Best Places to work in Maine for the last 4 consecutive years, is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Finance Assistant to join our Waterville team. The Administrative Finance Assistant will be responsible for managing a broad range of support functions payables, payroll, accounting and other administrative functions. These functions include: filing, data entry, coding, printing, correspondence, ensuring day to day office needs are being met, meeting set deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements –
- Strong problem-solving & customer service skills
- Two years of previous related experience preferred
- Excel and accounting software experience
- Data entry & clerical experience
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience and familiarity with basic book keeping procedures preferred
