About the Team/Role: Our ideal candidate will act as the “voice of the customer” in everything they do. This role requires you to dig into our market and have a knack for partnering with stakeholders i.e., Product Owners, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to understand and communicate the value of new product developments and existing product benefits to our customers. You will connect the dots between company objectives, market and competitor research, and (Fleet/Mobility, Benefits, Payments) trends to help guide product innovations and help define or lead the go-to-market strategy for these lines of business product sets. You will lead sales enablement activities to support the sales cycle and ensure alignment of marketing activities with the organization’s product goals.
A seasoned, experienced professional, fluent in product marketing practices with a full understanding of the area(s) of specialization and company-specific product marketing processes; seeks and creates improvements and resolves a wide range of issues creatively.
