Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 and named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 4 consecutive years, is currently seeking a full time Community Living Services Case Manager in the Waterville area. As a CLS Case Manager, you will be working with a small dedicated team who assist adults with major mental illness remain independent in their own homes. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team with ample clinical support 7 days a week. The position can be 5 – 8 hour days or 4 – 10 hour days.
We offer a flexible full-time schedule and a limited travel area within the Waterville area. This position starts at $23 per hour with shift and weekend differentials available. KBH will pay for MHRTc domain classes, up to $1000 worth, during the first year of employment. Additional trainings including First Aid/CPR, MANDT, and CRMA are provided as needed.
Qualifications: Mental health experience required (1 year or more preferred). Case management experience is not necessary but helpful & preferred. College degree not necessary but also helpful.
