** This position supports the Baileyville/Woodland School Department**
This position isresponsible for provision of psycho-educational and clinical counselingservices to clients and their families in a school-based setting. Through these services, the Clinician willassist clients (and their families when appropriate) in developingself-knowledge, interpersonal skills, and safety planning while keeping them inthe least restrictive environment.Productivity expectations for this position will be discussed based onidentified needs of the school district and individualized caseloadrequirements. The Clinician also is available for clinical support, training,and (if required) supervision for other school-based program staff. This is a school year position with someopportunity to provide clinical coverage for other Acadia Hospital/AcadiaHealthcare programs (such as Child and Adolescent Partial and the SummerProgram) during school vacation weeks and summer break. This position may beasked to deliver services during planned school breaks to appropriate youth andfamilies who require this continuity.This person reports to and performs duties and/or responsibilities asassigned by the Clinical Supervisor.Master's Degree in Social Work (LMSW-CC, LCSW), Counseling Education(LCPC, LCPC-C), Psychology, or related field, and ability for clinicallicensure required. Must have experiencewith children and adolescents, with expertise in individual, group and familytherapy.

- The knowledge and ability to work with adolescents with various mental health diagnoses.
- Ability to complete age based competency in adolescents.
- Experience providing clinical supervision and training for school based behavioral health professionals preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and car insurance.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills in the English language.

Work well in a team,work closely with all Acadia Healthcare clinical staff, work in family homeenvironments and have the ability to make difficult decisions. Must haveknowledge of the developmental stages of childhood, adolescence and youngadulthood and have a strong commitment to Acadia Healthcare and the childrenserved.
Visual acuity, colorvision, hearing acuity, and tactile sensation are necessary to respond topatient response and requests. The ability to read and speak English, tocommunicate and document information. Must possess the manual dexterity and adegree of body strength and flexibility to respond to aggressive patientbehavior. The ability to reach and stretch intermittently. Time may be spentsitting at a computer, collaborating with other healthcare team members.Standing and walking comprises some of the workday. Some traveling required.Must have the ability to walk upstairs and work evenings.
