Position Summary
The Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility and grounds. This role helps ensure building systems, equipment, and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience, education and/or training in general maintenance and repair work, with a basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, and custodial functions.
- Experience in a healthcare environment helpful.
- Must possess and maintain a current and valid State of Maine driver’s license.
