We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role plays a key part in welcoming new employees and ensuring a smooth, positive onboarding and orientation experience.

Position Details:
- Part-time, 30 hours per week
- Schedule may vary based on hiring and onboarding needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate and help facilitate new employee orientation
- Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely
- Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with policies
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience desired
- Entry-level knowledge of Human Resources practices preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
