We have a Patient Service Representative opening in Webhannet Internal Medicine. This is a limited part time , 8 hrs/wk opening. The office hours for this position are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, but may require flexibility. This position is located in Wells, Maine.
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for:
Answering the phone
Greeting patients when they arrive
Checking patients in
Pre-registration
Collecting insurance information
Scheduling patient appointments and other office duties as needed.
In order to help us continue to provide exceptional patient care, we need you to have the following:
1 or more years of medical office experience
Be self directed and able to work as a team
Have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person
Computer skills
Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment all while having great attention to detail,
