Truck Driver/Equipment Operator

The Town of Vassalboro is seeking a full-time Truck Driver/Equipment Operator for the Public Works Department. This is semi-skilled manual work in the operation of front-end loaders, backhoes, trucks and graders, and other related motorized equipment and in the snow and ice removal operation of the public works department. High school graduation and considerable experience in the operation of heavy trucks and motorized equipment involved in construction or public works activities, or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Employees of this class will be required to have at a
minimum a class B license and be willing to if required to obtain a class A license.
