RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install equipment at customers’ sites and train customers to properly operate or service their new hardware
- Work with Level 2 Support Team to thoroughly understand customer complaints and equipment issues before arriving on-site for maintenance
- Travel to job sites (in Maine and NH) to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and fix or replace devices as needed
- Assist in installing phones at customer sites
- Taking customer devices from brake-fix to RMA and documentation
- This is a Full-time Position, or could be Part-time for the spring/summer but need Full-time in the Fall.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to install equipment, diagnose problems, and make repairs
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to stick to a tight schedule
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service with a "Can do" attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
- Customer service background is ideal
- Experience performing on-site maintenance or has technical skills
- Writing skills are also important in corresponding with customers and vendors
- Certificate or AA degree in IT or Computer Science is our preference, but we will consider Communications or Business Administration students
- Interns are welcome for the Spring/Summer as long as they can continue to work in the Fall
