Educational Technician I, II, III, Self Contained/Choices

Ed Tech III, Self Contained, Choices Program
6.5 hours: 8:30 - 3:30

• Authorization as an Educational Technician III required
• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary
• Ability to implement behavior plans and individual education plans needed
• Experience working in an elementary school setting helpful
• Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities and Autism preferred
• Ability to use ABA Discrete Trial instruction preferred
• Desire to work in a team-approach environment
• Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
• Willingness to learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies
