The Account Manager II is responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience in the strategic fleet segment for their assigned portfolio through prompt resolution of customer issues or concerns. The successful Account Manager II must be adept at communicating effectively with individuals at various levels, including: fleet managers, sales professionals, internal and external technical resources, account receivable resources and at times high levels within the organization, and will serve as an integrator and liaison between these parties. This position requires creativity, innovation and the ability to understand and solve complex issues and situations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a variety of professional environments with primary responsibilities in identifying inefficiencies in a Strategic Fleet’s fueling program and will provide needs-based solutions and wisdom.

• Mentoring new hires
• Maintaining successful relationships with accounts
• Translating our set of information services to customer value
• Addressing customer concerns and designing
• Facilitating issue resolutions to the satisfaction of the customer.
