The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners with senior leadership, including two SVPs, to translate business strategy into effective people strategies. This role focuses on talent planning, hiring, retention, and organizational effectiveness while enabling leaders to build high-performing teams in a global environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.

Translate business goals into practical people plans that support hiring, engagement, and retention.

Lead talent planning processes including calibration, succession planning, and targeted development actions.

Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and build strong talent pipelines.

Support organizational change initiatives and coach leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.

Manage day-to-day HR partnership activities including employee relations, talent movement, and organizational changes.

Leverage people analytics (attrition, engagement, talent flow, DEI metrics) to identify trends and guide decision-making.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver programs across talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.

Maintain awareness of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices to ensure compliant and effective HR operations.
