As a member of the Product and Technology team, this position is responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of a project and coordinates all aspects of management of the project.
  • Setting and evaluating project objectives and building project plans.
  • Provide project and business leadership.
  • Drive efforts based on business benefit and overall value.
  • Responsible for effective project kickoff, identification of all project stakeholders, defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide and maintain accurate and timely project information in all project plans, communications, status reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this intermediate level position will have:

  • 10-15 years of progressively responsible operations and IT/Technical project management experiencein the financial services industry with particular expertise managing cross-functional technology projects that support investment operations.
  • The candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management phases, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting project deadlines/deliverables with successful outcomes. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn relevant operations workflows and internal control processes and their impact on project requirements.
  • Be a natural leader and build relationships quickly.
  • Be curious, innovative, creative, and always looking for ways to improve and optimize process.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.

Education

  • Four year college degree.
