Schedule: Regular Full-time
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Our South Portland officehas a great position for a central intakecoordinator lead wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You would be responsible for overseeing and performing functions within the central intake department while mentoring and being a subject matter expert for personnel performing those functions. Utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills will be important to promote continuous quality improvement in the areas of initiating and facilitating home care referrals for the agency's clients. You would also be responsible for collaborating with all internal and external customers with the goal of attaining the highest levels of customer service and excellence.
An Associate's degree in management, administration, healthcare marketing or other related field, or the equivalent in professional knowledge and experience
Four years progressively responsible work experience in similar positions
Proficient in MS Office applications and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written, and telephonic means
