Human Resources Department - This is responsible professional and administrative work involving technical, analytical, and research functions in the field of public human resources administration. The employee in this class works with considerable independence and is expected to develop an understanding of personnel policies, work rules, and fringe benefit programs. We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who has strong computer skills as we are implementing a new HRIS system using Munis. Qualified candidates will have strong working knowledge of modern employee benefit plan design, and a commitment to excellent customer service to our workforce of over 1400 employees serving in a wide variety of occupations. Work schedule follows the typical City Hall business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Salary range $83,012 to $99,119 annually.
