Scarborough financial services company is looking for a temporary Office Assistant to provide reception and administrative support to their office. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests/visitors and basic administrative tasks. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of office support or administrative experience, basic MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills, a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Position starts mid-October and will run through late January. $13-15/hr. Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30. Convenient location.
