Our Southern Maine location has a great position for a Supervisor of Clinical Operations wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You would be responsible for the day to day operations of clinical support services in a manner that ensures exceptional customer service, maximized staff productivity, and a smooth transition of care between central intake and clinical services. You would be responsible for ensuring that patients are scheduled for visits in accordance with a physician approved plan of care, and are evaluated in a time frame that meets state and federal regulations. Additionally, you would be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes are in place for receiving and documenting verbal and faxed physician's orders and communicating changes in Plan of Care to appropriate staff. You would provide clinical supervision and direction to designated staff, ensuring adequate scheduling coverage for the Agency's patients.

Diploma or Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy or occupational therapy
Two years of professional clinical experience, one of which is in home health care
One year of progressively responsible healthcare supervisory experience, six months of which is in home health care
Current ME license practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapis or Occupational Therapist
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to understand specific instructions
