Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with billing experience and excellent customer service skills? We're seeking a Temporary Billing Specialist to provide coverage during an employee leave. This is a great opportunity to join a busy office environment where you'll play an important role in supporting billing operations and delivering exceptional service to customers and field staff.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage service and customer account billing accurately and efficiently
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely billing for completed work
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
• Support field technicians with billing questions and administrative needs
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in billing, accounting support, or office administration
• Experience with QuickBooks required
• Experience using dispatching or service management software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
