ESM Inc., Maine's premier social services agency, is seeking a Program Manager with (CADC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor or (LADC) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to run the day to day operation and provide counseling to our clients with co-occurring disorders. The successful applicant will enjoy working and learning in a clinically minded environment. The Program Manager is instrumental in a patient’s treatment and recovery, and will provide high quality, compassionate guidance in both individual and group counseling sessions.
Individuals receiving treatment services will be in varying stages of recovery and will be clinically accessed before initiating treatment and moving on to future steps/treatment models.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Certified Clinical Supervisor along with the ESM clients to ensure they are receiving the quality of service and treatment expected throughout ESM to be stable, substance free citizens in our community.
The Program Manager is responsible for providing treatment within the scope of their license to the clients to include regular group therapy, supervision of assignments, response to crises, and other interventions required under the supervision of the Certified Clinical Supervisor.
